Privacy and website analytics

Purpose

We use aggregate traffic data only to understand which pages are useful, whether the site is stable, and whether Chinese and English content is easy to find. Analytics is not used for medical decisions, advertising profiles, or sale.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after explicit visitor consent. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Events must never contain names, emails, medical records, free text, or other identifiable health information. Declining does not affect core site functions.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

If enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate page traffic and performance without cookies. It does not provide custom events and is not used for cross-site tracking.

Local choice

Your allow or decline choice is stored only in browser local storage. Clear site data to reset it.

The site may link to papers, repositories, or third-party services. Their privacy policies apply after you leave this site.

Current boundary

This site currently has no accounts, patient-data uploads, medical consultation, or telemedicine functions. Any future feature will receive a separate privacy update before launch.
