Known release gates
- macOS: Apple Silicon only; ad-hoc signed; no Apple Developer ID notarization.
- Windows: x64 only; unsigned; no clean native Windows/Defender/SmartScreen acceptance test yet.
- No institutional clinical gold-standard precision/recall validation. Results require researcher review and institutional authorization before external analysis.
